The Perfect Beach Wedding

Dani and Nat got married on a gorgeous day in Neskowin, Oregon. The Oregon coast is unpredictable—you never know what kind of weather you're going to get. Even in August, it's a 50/50 chance between sunshine and storms. But Dani and Nat knew they wanted an intimate beach wedding with only their closest family and friends, no matter the forecast.

The day before their wedding, we stood on the beach in the pouring rain. We had umbrellas ready for the guests, expecting the next few days to be unpredictable. But Saturday morning brought an unexpected gift.

We woke up to nothing but sunshine—and even more rare, no wind. It was as if the universe was reassuring Dani and Nat that their love was truly meant to be.

Their ceremony was nothing short of magical, held right on the beach in the perfect morning light. It was followed by a warm and lively reception at Pelican Brewing and ended with one of the most breathtaking sunsets I have ever seen.

Dani and Nat’s love for each other, and for their families, shone through every moment of their wedding day. It was an unforgettable celebration—one I will always cherish.
